Market Ecosystem

The Swimming Pool Diving Boards ecosystem encompasses a complex network of participants, spanning upstream suppliers of raw materials to downstream end users. This ecosystem can be broadly segmented into three stages: upstream technology providers and suppliers, midstream integrators and manufacturers, and downstream channels and end users. Value is created and captured as raw materials are transformed into diving boards, which are then distributed and installed for consumer use.

Raw material suppliers — provide components for diving board production

OEMs / manufacturers — design and manufacture diving boards

System integrators / EPCs — install diving boards in swimming pools

Distributors / channel partners — supply diving boards to system integrators and end users
